If you mailed your device into Fixit Mobile to be repaired, we will contact you once we’ve diagnosed the problem and arrange for return mailing. Protect IT Plans will return your device Priority Mail unless you indicate that it needs to be expedited and is prepaid. Most devices are typically repaired the same day they are received. If you are local, same-day repairs are often an option. If you are not local, please allow time for mailing to and from the facility.
